About Ontario Goat
Board of Directors
The Ontario Goat (OG) Board of Directors is comprised of seven active goat producers who have been elected at large by the membership of Ontario Goat each year at the Annual General Meeting. Directors are elected to a three‐year term on a rotating basis so that the Board does not completely change over in a given year. The elected Directors serve on a voluntary basis at this time.
Over the course of a year, the Board meets approximately once a month either in person or via conference call. As well, various Board members also attend a number industry functions on behalf of the Ontario goat industry, promoting the needs of the sector and ensuring representation of the organization’s members.
